Lawrence Lexus collects personal nonpublic information about a customer from the following sources:
i. Applications for credit and other similar forms
ii.Information about your transactions with others and us
iii.Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

Lawrence Lexus. policy is only to disclose customer personal nonpublic information to only those companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
Lawrence Lexus will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about any customer to anyone, except as permitted by law.
Further, Lawrence Lexus restricts access to customer nonpublic information to only those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to specific customer. Employees cannot use customer information for any other purpose. Lawrence Lexus maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulation to guard customer nonpublic personal information.
